Prompted by some wise discussion in the comments, I have come to the conclusion that the WH resident is required by his commitment to due process to report Rob Porter, David Sorensen, Corey Lewandowski, Steve Bannon, etc. etc. to the police so that they can enjoy the due process they and indeed all who have been accused deserve.  As he himself deserves it also, he will want to then turn himself in.
