Received this e-mail today from Governor Tom Wolf’s (D. PA) re-election campaign:
When people can come together and organize, all of us benefit.
But when workers are silenced, families pay the price and the economy becomes more rigged for the rich and powerful.
Politicians like my opponent, Scott Wagner, believe they can use Supreme Court decisions that restrict workers' rights as a springboard to silence workers. We need to set them straight by showing that Pennsylvanians support unions and will fight to defend their brothers and sisters in labor.
I'm proud to say, "I stand with workers and unions, and I'll fight to defend their right to organize." If you agree, will you add your name next to mine?
The Supreme Court's recent decision in the Janus case is a major step backward for working families and the middle class.
For generations, unions in our country have fought for and won protections we all enjoy, including the 40-hour work week, weekends, paid time off, and improved conditions for those who are trying to make ends meet.
Now workers and their unions are under attack on a level we haven't seen in decades -- and we know that as governor, Scott Wagner would roll back workers' rights even further.
I will do everything I can to stop attacks on workers, to stand with unions and continue to create good-paying jobs that grow our economy. But I need you to help me show that I'm not standing alone.
If you're ready to stand with me and fight for Pennsylvania workers, add your name. Tell Scott Wagner and anti-worker extremists that you're ready to fight for workers' rights:

Thanks for taking a stand,
