People, we are in very dark, dangerous times as a nation. Trump, Barr, McConnell and their corrupt, cowardly cult of GOP enablers are literally destroying our Democracy piece-by-piece, minute-by-minute to steal the election while Fox News and the Trump cult are cheering it on.
If you, like me, ever wondered how the hell the German people allowed Hitler and the Nazis to come into power, and did nothing to stop it, we have our answer. It is happening in the USA right here, right now, in real time.
The speed and seamless ease of how this is happening is beyond alarming. I think it might be in part because we don’t really believe that it could ever happen here. It seems impossible that someone could pull off something so evil, so insidious, so corrupt, so anti-American, that we all would and could stop it before it went too far.
It has already gone too far and Trumps blatant sabotage of the US Postal service is the tipping point. They are exploiting our weakness that too many people refuse to believe that this could ever happen in the land of the free, the strongest democracy on earth, the United States of America.
But it is happening in real time, right now before our very eyes. This is NOT hyperbole. This is an existential crisis and the clock is ticking.
We all must get even more engaged than ever before.

- Check your voter registration and get everyone you know to do the same. www.vote.org
- Do you know anyone who has moved or has had a name change? Get them to get on changing their voter status immediately.
- Plan to vote early, in person.
- Write an editorial in your local paper

- Volunteer to call others to encourage them to vote early, in person.
