In yet another master class at taking advantage of your opponent’s vulnerabilities and ‘extended supply lines’ (to use a military metaphor) evident in the GOP silence over the politicization of the US Postal Service by their president, Don Trump, Pelosi pulls the trigger Sunday afternoon on recalling the House from recess over the issue.

What is for Trump a national issue of preventing ballots from being counted, by kneecapping the USPS just weeks before an entirely known and expected jump in processing, is being countered by the Democrats wanting to make sure every Republican House member is on record back home to their local communities about what’s happening to their post office branch at the hands of a faraway, wannabe, dictator abusing his authority and their trust to ‘do no harm’.

After all, the changes being proposed by the Postmaster General, Louis Dejoy, with the full support of the White House, won’t just affect mail-in ballots, it will affect EVERYTHING that uses the USPS.

Gonna be fun watching ‘em squirm in the klieg lights...
