Red Meat, Red Meat: St Louis wingnut couple who pointed guns at protesters will speak at RNC

It’s 7am Eastern Time. I went to bed early, so I just now watched a rousing Bernie Sanders speech and a superb, thoughtful, deeply moving 1:1 plea from Michelle Obama…. and I was feeling truly good about the road ahead for Biden-Harris and even flipping the Senate….

… then I saw this little news item and my jaw dropped. Remember that odious St Louis lawyer-and-lawyer couple who pointed guns at Black Lives Matter protesters walking down a street through their high-end enclave? The couple whom it turned out that EVERYBODY who knew the McCloskeys, hated them?

Well.

Apparently they are just the thing Donald Trump wants more of at his convention. They have been given a speaking slot, for all the nation to see and understand that these people are Trump’s malevolent vision of who the ‘real Americans’ are.

Center be damned, Independents be damned, it’s definitely gonna be Red Meat Time at Trump’s RNC.
