40% of registered reliable voters are committed/open minded to still vote for Trump no matter how moderate or inspirationally likeable Obama-Bill Clinton-Michelle Obama are. 

There are 3% of undecided reasonable bipartisan moderate swing voters. 

Let’s say they split 1:1:1. 

51% Biden  

41% Trump 

another 1% 3rd party/write in/leave presidential ballot blank. 

Florida, North Carolina, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Iowa each have their unique swing voter reasonable moderate voting populations that have taken their toll because of Trump/GOP rush limbaugh ann coulter etc. 

Georgia and Texas have their bonus point new long term toss ups as icings on the cake.
