Animal abuse at the Post Office

Does anyone else here feel that the twitwaffle is encouraging animal abuse by keeping the Post Office from delivering live baby chicks to farmers? The chicks have been left to die of starvation and rot in Post Offices all to try to subvert the election in favor of the right wing nut job squatting in the WH.
