Biden Takes the Steps Necessary to Actually Help People: Day 44 of 100 Days of Loving Joe Biden

People react differently to seeing others in need.  Some people don’t care.  Others are moved but aren’t driven to take action.  Some people feel overwhelmed.  Joe Biden is a man that sees others in need and automatically thinks “How can I help this person (or these people)?”

That is because Joe combines two amazing qualities: empathy and expertise.

Remember the amazing boy who spoke at the DNC convention?  Here is the video of Biden meeting him for the first time:
