Trump did more fear-mongering and ranted enough to cause his second official violation of Twitter rules. This happened as Trump tried another pre-RNC stunt regarding an emergency authorization of a plasma treatment.

Then again, the lazy GOP decided they would copy the 2016 platform into their 2020 statement, but perhaps they really did mean to say “the president ‘has exceeded his constitutional authority’”. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this.
