The heavily shod millipede of comeuppance has come dropping shoes and pennies onto the entitled whiners, currently celebrating their abdication of reason and compassion from an empty stage linked to their addlepated consumers of bigot flavored KoolAid. Rather than expand on this morning’s review (featured in the GNR) we can leave them to contemplate their soulless existences and, instead, wonder at the depth and breadth of the counter-programming effort (both planned and serendipitous).
While they are busy trying to redefine simple human decency as “cancel culture” and “political correctness” there are some stories competing with Hatefest 2020.
Most of this has broken since the Democratic Convention ended last Thursday.
- Another architect of the 2016 election theft, Steve Bannon, is going to jail.
- Eric tRump (aka Qusay) will testify or go to jail for contempt (he can plead the fifth but he will testify).
- Tax documents are coming.
- tRump appointed judges are ruling against tRump.
- DeJoy has been exposed as a perjurer and, by his own admission, incompetent manager.
- Maryanne tRump Barry things her brother is a liar (among other disparaging things).
- Melania doesn’t have a high opinion of Ivanka (and there are tapes).
- Michael Cohen is all in on dumping tRump.
- Miles Taylor is all in on dumping tRump.
- Junior is sleeping with a crazy person. Er… even crazier than him person.
- Kellyanne is leaving. Will McNinny last until November?
- Jared is running around with his pants down over some really shady PPE sales and seizures. There’s a spanking coming up in his near future.
- The bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee Report contradicts tRump & Barr on Russia.
- 26 more former republican office holders have come out in support of Biden (including Jeff Flake).
- Melania ruined the rose garden.
- Another unarmed black man was shot (eight times in the back).
- There are hurricanes headed for the gulf coast.
Any one of these events by itself can distract from Donnie’s message. All of them together will tend to muffle him and many will directly argue against the bile tRump is spilling.
