MSNBC and CNN anchors' immediate reactions tell me that Trump was successful in the convention.

I saw the immediate reactions on MSNBC of Rachel Maddow, Nicole Wallace and Joy Reid  plus that of Brian Williams, Claire McCaskill and Prof Johnson (I believe).    And I saw Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon on CNN.  All of them were a mix of exasperated, sad and maybe even concerned and angry…  Prof Johnson was very animated.  Cuomo and Lemon were going at each other….

The feel was that of seeing PA go to Trump in 2016 ….   

This raw reaction of these anchors tells me that they were upset and they can see that the law and order message plus the blatant lie and the pageantry will have an impact on the voters.

I also saw the lincoln project TV reaction to the convention… and these are all republicans (against trump) and they also said that the riots and the shootings are not good for Biden.  

Biden and Harris have to control the message and hopefully there aren’t more shootings and riots.  

Update:  I forgot that Michael Steele was also there on MSNBC.  McCaskill said that she was getting messages with people disgusted with the usage of the white-house as trump tower…. but Steele said that the people would’ve actually been impressed by it.  He was the RNC chair so I will take his argument.
