The meme that will win the election

I write as someone who once had desert and discussion with Joe Biden.  He is a knowledgeable, decent guy. That is not enough to win elections, however.

Frank Luntz taught Republicans the power of simple, emotional messaging. That they should all use the same words. He taught them to never say the word “feminist,” but instead, “radical feminist.”  When this was repeated millions of times, for years, it stuck. I watched it happen.

Democrats message should be: We have Trump Chaos. We have racial unrest. Chaos.  “It wasn’t like this when Obama and I were running the country” Biden should point out, “Now people can’t work normally or go to ball games; their kids can’t go to school normally.  It’s chaos: Trump Chaos. In the White House it’s been chaos since day one.  People quitting and getting fired left and right. Chaos.”

If Biden and his supporters pin this meme on Trump, who deserves it, he will win the election.  If Trump pins it on Democrats, they may well lose. Trump’s already trying. Democrats, speak up. In unison.  Trump Chaos. Make it go viral!
