Once in a while, Trump tells us what he intends to do. He intends to confiscate ballots:

... absentee ballots are good, but the stuff where they take millions and millions of ballots and send them all over the place. We'll grab it and put in a big pile there. Everyone grab it. It's a disgrace. Even common sense tells you that.

Mr. President, do you intend to condemn those who attempt to confiscate "fraudulent" ballots?

Maybe he really believed it, when he said, “I have total authority.”
