I’m not a gamer, never have been and likely never will be. Even back in the day as a kid, when Atari and Nintendo first came out, I only dabbled a little in games when over at my friend’s house. As years when on and my kids started enjoying video games, I would play some video games with them but always got trounced. The only video game I ever truly enjoyed playing was MarioCart but I always crashed and burned.
Right now, with all the negativity and darkness swirling around us because Trump and his corrupt, anti-American enablers are on a mission to destroy the last shred of decency and burn our democracy to the ground, this popped up in my feed.
It is a bright happy adorable thing and I love it.
Starting today, September 1st, Animal Crossing: New Horizons players will be able to deck out their island homes with official Joe Biden yard signs as part of the campaign’s broader initiative to organize voters online this fall.

OMG. This too damn cute. I have never even heard of this game but I might have to check it out. This is clever, positive and quite frankly brilliant.
Since the start of the coronavirus outbreak in the US earlier this year, campaigns like Biden’s have been forced to entirely rethink how they organize voters. Instead of in-person rallies, Biden’s team has opted for live-streamed events and fundraisers along with socially distanced productions and interviews.
I love the creativity that the Biden/Harris team is going with here. This put a smile on my face and a spring in my step. Thank you TEAM JOE for thinking outside the box and engaging with fans on a different platform. More of this awesomeness please!
Yes. We. Can.
Let’s do this folks!
Quick actions for the day:
