Anthropologist, Author, and Anarchist David Graeber has Died

It’s with a heavy heart that I have to tell everyone that David Graeber, an anthropologist, anarchist, author, and contributor here, has died in a hospital in Venice. The cause of death is currently unknown.

His contributions to the left have been enormous. From coining the phrase We Are the 99% to his book Debt: The First 5000 Years (Please read it if you haven’t already), he has been a powerhouse for many years now.
