UPDATE: The opinion says: “eleven of the Elector Oaths submitted by Kanye West were obtained by improper, fraudulent, and/or misleading means…the notice of qualification issued by the Department of Elections to Kanye West on or about August 28, 2020 is contrary to Virginia law, and is therefore invalid…[and] Enjoins the Board and their agents, officers, and employees…from printing Kanye West’s name on ballots for the November 2020 general election.”
