Aug 07, What’s happening? Florida schools open in August. This is the directive from DeSAntis: “As Gov. Ron DeSantis pushed this summer for schools to reopen in Florida, state leaders told school boards they would need Health Department approval if they wanted to keep classrooms closed. Then they instructed health directors not to give it.” WTAF?

Sept 04, Scott Atlas’s advice is being taken seriously… The state of Florida has told local health officials not to release coronavirus data about public schools.
Being Florida would be the PERFECT test case for Sept school openings, getting data is important.… but giving real-time data has been difficult for De SAntis. Like tRUMP, would rather manipulate the numbers. Here is an example from April…
Florida medical examiners were releasing coronavirus death data higher than the state health Dept… because every death has to go through them (so it is the most accurate) the state made them stop. The health department has kept its own count of coronavirus deaths and published it to an online dashboard and its figure has been lower than the medical examiners’ figures. They insist it was a lag, but why not use the medical examiners data then, I wonder?
