Biden will have to solve the debt ceiling impasse alone. He will not get help from Kevin or Mitch. Their goal is to destroy the economy and the country so that they will be better positioned to win in 2024.
Harvard Constitutional law professor Laurence Tribe was featured in video and print yesterday saying that Biden should use the 14th Amendment to pay the national debt that the United States presently has. Biden should use it now. Tribe also said no reason exists for anyone, including Kevin, to litigate against Biden's use of the 14th Amendment.
