Good morning, Newdists!  Grab a cuppa and a ‘nut, and join us for a bit.  Two of the women whose needlework just blows my socks off, have been gathering dust in my file, so today is devoted to them and their incredible talents.

I’m a little “baroque” myself, so I’m going for the less expensive donuts this morning!

Before I go any further, I want to wish Jimmy Carter, 39th President of these United States, a well-deserved Happy Birthday, from all of us here!

James Earl Carter did so much more than he is now remembered for.  We would do well to take a refresher course, both of his accomplishments AND the things for which he was vilified but proved to be right about. 

Let us eat cake!

Rather appropriately just finished this lunar-inspired piece over the weekend of the Equinox!
So now you can see how it as all come together.
