Well, heck, another week has gone by, we are getting closer to winter and this winter won’t be fun for me. My camper is out of the weather, I still get a little breeze in the shop because the shop is unfinished and at night, you can walk around it and see the light pouring through the walls, it has a fine roof though. So, I can keep the precipitation off of it, but heating the shop is a near impossibility because the heat goes right out through the walls. Now, I am planning to winter here this year, last year I got a motel room, but they didn’t allow my cats, I won’t leave my cats to face the winter alone this year.
My daughter will throw a fit, no doubt, but her apartment is too small for 2 adults and a half dozen cats. She also has a rage issue and does a lot of screaming over little things, (you don’t want to ride in the car with her either). She can’t help herself, there is a medical condition that causes her to cuss constantly, I wish I remembered what it was called. In the film, “The Green Mile”, the warden’s wife has that condition. She just recently lost her Montana Medicaid and cannot afford the medicines she was on last month and it shows how desperately she needs them.
Last month, we did break the bank and got my daughter a “new” vehicle, it’s a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. It’s in dependable running condition, so finally we have one really dependable vehicle. We also got her old Mitsubishi running and the bearings repaired on it. It will be dependable for a while at least. I’m driving the Mitsubishi and she gets the Jeep, it is nice to have wheels and my independence back!
