A gas station in Grozny, the capital of Chechnya, exploded quite spectacularly.
Is it just coincidence that Chechen dictator Ramzan Kadyrov declared a blood feud on rival politicians several days ago?

Ingushetia is sandwiched between Chechnya and Georgia. It is small and poor and has been caught up in the violence of that region for the last 30 years. It also has the highest life expectancy in the Russian Federation.
