In interviews with supporters of Donald Trump who turned for the former president's rally in Wilmington, North Carolina on Saturday, more than a few of the MAGA faithful admitted they don't find gubernatorial nominee Mark Robinson's frequent posting on pornographic website to be a deal breaker and they are standing by him.
Earlier in the week CNN dropped a bombshell report tracking comments the already controversial Robinson made on the "Nude Africa" adult website that included calling himself a "Black Nazi," stating he wanted to own slaves and descriptions of sexual acts he enjoys including those with his sister-in-law.
With Trump ignoring the controversy during his speech, some North Carolina followers of the former president claimed they are sticking with Robinson just like they are standing by Trump despite his conviction on 34 felony counts in Manhattan, reports the Washington Post.
As 70-year-old Bob Judson explained, "I didn’t put much credence in it. We’ve all done things in our past that we’re sorry for. Some of the things are crazy," before adding, “I mean if we just went on that, we wouldn’t be here for Trump, would we?”
