This is real. Vance did the worst job possible of photo editing in modern times.

He took Norman Rockwell's 1943 painting "Freedom From Want" and pasted in Trump's face over the father, his over the mother, and a red and blue map of the United States over the turkey. Vance making himself out to be a woman is tragically weird with Trump and his stance on trans.
