True Ohio Cat Eating

There was an actual cat eating incident in Canton Ohio, close to Springfield, by a mentally ill non-immigrant woman.  Alexia Telia Ferrell, 27,  publicly stomped a cat to death, then crouched down and began eating the stomped head.  She was arrested, and it was in the news. 

I would love to know what her circumstances were. Again, she was NOT an immigrant!
