Overnight Ukraine conducted one of its largest drone attacks on Russian military installations. Reports indicate the facility deemed as “impenetrable” and “built to withstand nuclear explosion” where missiles and other high value Russian munitions are stored was hit and set ablaze. The facility in Toropets, Tver Oblast is about 236 miles from Moscow. Russian news sources indicate that some of the town’s 11, 000 people are being evacuated.

But it is not just military installations that have been under unrelenting attack by Ukrainian drones, it is also becoming increasingly clear that besides Kursk where the Russian counter-attack has been blunted, Russian cities in several Russian regions are defenseless against Ukrainian drones. The September 10 drone wave attacks alone :
targeted various Russian regions, including Bryansk, Moscow, Tula, Kaluga, Belgorod, Kursk, Oryol, Voronezh oblasts, and the Krasnodar Krai. Russia's Defense Ministry claimed that the highest number of drones—72—was reportedly downed over Bryansk Oblast, followed by Moscow Oblast (20) and Kursk Oblast (14).
Russian air defense is increasingly showing its vulnerability. Recent Ukrainian targets have included oil refineries, airfields, weapons and ammunition depots. With dozens of drones entering vast Russian territory overnight, Russian air defense cannot cover it all.(emphasis mine)

Meanwhile it looks like Zelenskyy’s so ccalled “Victory Plan” to end the war is being well-received in Washington. He’s set to formally discuss it with President Biden on the sidelines of the upcoming UN Assembly meeting in New York City. Secretary of State Blinken and other senior administration officials have seen it:
Earlier on Tuesday, U.S. Ambassador to United Nations Linda Thomas-Greenfield said Washington had seen the plan. "We think it lays out a strategy and a plan that can work," she said.
