Stephen Miller’s America is wholly imagined as a ‘hellscape’, only existing in MSM frames of limited contact between authorities and the public, despite helicopter raids and assault against the public. The troop numbers in Chicago seem identical to Los Angeles.
Stephen has weak arms and an even weaker moral structure finding a place among Trump’s right-wing bottom feeders and sycophants. He likely will find a place on AM radio, post-trump, but first he needs a personality.
Left-wing violence has risen in the last decade but from very low levels and still well below historic levels of violence by right-wing and jihadist actors.
And then there’s state-sponsored violence violating international maritime law.
Fortunately not the entire judiciary has capitulated to Trumpism:

Oregon AG Rayfield: The first thing that might’ve told you the federal government wasn’t doing so hot was when they started off some of their arguments by talking about Truth Social as their source of facts.
Actually got a comment from the judge: “Is this really how you’re going to move forward?”

White House Deputy Press Secretary Abigail Jackson sparked a bevy of mockery over the (last) weekend when she shared a graph from Axios highlighting the increase of left-wing violence this year, but that also showed the long-running trend of right-wing violence far outpacing all other types.
Why it matters: America’s domestic terrorism landscape has undergone a remarkable inversion since President Trump took office, as his policies have eased grievances on the far right while intensifying anger on the far left.
Far-right violence has historically been more frequent and more lethal, but plunged dramatically over the first six months of 2025.
