It's not just you—the lip movements don't perfectly sync with the audio in spots, a common AI deepfake tell. No credible reports confirm Trump delivering this speech recently, though his admin has pushed crypto-friendly policies like the GENIUS Act. Likely generated hype rather than authentic footage.
