Some of us have been hearing the Epstein files are worse than what we have imagined.
They must be, or the felon would not be doing everything in his power to avoid their release.
And, think about it — Epstein was running a blackmail operation worth more than a billion (that’s what we know about, it could be more). In order to extract literally millions from rich, incredibly stupid men, he must have had hard evidence that would scare them into coughing up cash.
We also know that the Bondi / Patel operation assigned literally hundreds of FBI agents to go through these files and to look for the felon’s name.
Hundreds of FBI agents.
Who know what happened.
Why aren’t any of them talking?
Well, some of them are. Anonymously. To Allison Gill, among others.

In case you’re one of those who doesn’t want to watch the whole thing, I will summarize: a few months ago, when the FBI was tasked with going through the Epstein files in order to hide the felon’s name, Allison Gill (Mueller, She Wrote) issued an open invitation to anyone at the FBI to contact her and talk about it. They could remain anonymous. As hundreds of agents were assigned to the task, not surprisingly, quite a few reached out to her. Here are some of the things they told her:
- It is much worse and much more voluminous than people expected
- Sometimes there are videos. Sometimes agents had to take breaks because what they watched was so upsetting, especially if there were children. Also lots of photos.
- First had an Excel file to track the felon’s name, but this was both unwieldy and not secure, so revised. But before this happened, more and more people learned about what others were seeing and tracking.
- Done incompetently. Kept changing what the requirements were so had to start anew.
- Kash Patel seems to be intent not on protecting survivors but on punishing them some more
- The shutdown has stopped, not just the discharge petition, but the courts working on freedom of information requests. Gill has one regarding the tasks given to the members of the FBI assigned to this stupid task.
Clear that many, many people already know a lot about what is in them. Enough has been communicated to R MOCs that many are planning — not to vote for the discharge petition, which is the vote to take a vote — but the actual vote.
It’s so bad that they will choose to distance themselves from the felon, at last.
Here’s some information on the article by David Schuster, in the New Republic, that she references:
From the article:
But the disturbing new rumor has dredged up far more support, with “more than 100 Republicans” planning to vote alongside Democrats in an effort to “get in front of what’s coming,” reported Schuster.
The Trump administration has failed at every turn to mitigate anxieties about the president’s long-time friendship with the child sex criminal. The typically bombastic Attorney General Pam Bondi was silent when asked about the photos during a Senate hearing last month, a choice that further “spooked” several GOP lawmakers, with many interpreting her nonresponse as a very vocal “yes.”
So important to elevate this story.
I’m including it in Good News because the FBI agents have come forward, albeit anonymously.
It’s time — and it has been time before, and will be time in the future — to remind everyone that the GOP is protecting pedophiles.
Hope everyone has a good Veteran’s Day. If you’re a veteran, let me thank you through the intertubes. If you’re not, go thank one.
