I am not going to post a picture of all the Shiba Inu images of the Doge team. Why you ask? Because sooooo lame taking another organization’s mascot. Weeeeeak tea. In the world of online stuff, they are still weak. 

Trump is using positional power to lead. In studying administrative  leadership, positional power is the weakest.  It is the kind that says “Do what I say because I am the boss hover you.” There is not much persuasion involved or team spirit.  Which means works will do the minimum or less under such duress. 

Real leadership is letting the workers rise up and take up informal leadership amongst themselves to improve things.  They are happy and you get better results.

I am not sure that is working for Musk’s team. Both Musk and Trump keep ruining whatever they take over.
