Where are the protests?

325 thousand Serbians took to the streets of Belgrade to protest the incompetence and corruption in their government.  In the US a couple of dozen people hold up signs outside a Tesla dealership.

Opinion writers and talking heads in the legacy media, and social media influencers need to stop oohing and ahhing at Trump’s latest nonsense and start suggesting to the American people that they now is the time to get off their collective butts and start trying to save their country.  Instead they wonder if perhaps the US is facing whatever a “constitutional crisis” is.  Ya think?

Contrary to popular wisdom, Trump is not a moron.  He may not be very bright, but he has natural cunning and zero moral or ethical boundaries.  This makes him very, very dangerous.

The chaos and damage to the economy, the reduction in the ability of the US Government to protect and serve it's citizens, and the destruction of America's reputation  as a bastion of freedom and democracy, etc, etc, are not a bug - they are a feature.

Trump and his band of sycophants know perfectly well that they have no chance of winning the next election given the harm they are doing to their own voters.  Do you think come 2028 they are just going to stand back and let a new administration undo all they have done?

Trump has already usurped the power of Congress and is now actively defying the federal courts.  When will he cross the line?  When will Joe and Jane public say “enough”?

Americans - for the love of God stop f-ing around and start exercising your duty to protect your country.  Does that pledge of allegiance that you have recited a 1000 times really mean so little?
