My my, it seems the choir does still require some preaching.
Warning this is a rant, almost all have been nice here and I’ve had some nice debate. This is about the few, the miserable, the cowards.
There’s a reason I put Haitian in my bios, it’s not only because I’m proud of my heritage, I am that whether you know I’m of Haitian descent or not. But man does it draw out the dormant racism some pretend to be innocent of.
You think you’re the first platform to use inuendoes to snicker at my heritage? Far from it, others have done it already. The only reason I’m addressing this here, is because so many have told me when I talk of racism on this here platform that I was “preaching to the choir”.
People always think being Haitian means being ignorant, wait till you hear I never went to college! Put that in your pipes and blow. The number of “I’m not racist” people that are unable to see their hoods in a mirror is astounding.
Haitians are uneducated they are not stupid, they are poor not ignorant you bunch of (insert cuss word here). The US has more than its share of blame to shoulder for the way Haiti is today as do other international countries. It is the price it has paid for being the first successful slave revolution. It is the price it continues to pay so it does not become a mecca for Black folks.
Most underdeveloped countries are so because their resources have been stripped by the powers that be. So, before you look down your nose at countries like Haiti, research the history of what your countries have done to them you arrogant little (insert swear word here).
Don’t think your snide little remarks have gone unnoticed if I choose to ignore you.
