My first letter was addressed to those who had betrayed their oath. This one is for those who still have a chance to reclaim it. Time is running out, but your duty hasn't expired. If you can still hear the voice of conscience over the noise of party lines, this message is for you.
You’ve seen what’s happening.
Troops on American streets. Journalists under fire. Governors threatened with arrest. Courts are flooded with lawsuits to keep the Constitution on life support.
You know this isn’t normal. And deep down, you know it isn’t right.
If you’re a member of Congress who has kept your head down, hoping this storm will pass, it won’t.
History isn’t written by those who wait it out. It’s written by those who chose a side.
You took the same oath that every one of your colleagues did:
"To preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
That oath didn’t include a disclaimer for political survival. It didn’t say: unless it makes your base angry. It didn’t say: unless your party tells you otherwise.
You don’t need to be perfect. You need to be brave.
Speak out. Step up. Join those already fighting for our institutions. History will forgive you for being late, but it will not forgive you for being silent.
And if you choose not to act? Then the next time you recite that oath — if there is a next time — it won’t mean a damn thing.
Because a Constitution not defended is just paper. And freedom not fought for is just a myth.
You still have time to make it right. Please don’t waste it.
