This market happens every Saturday in St Petersburg FL, in downtown Williams Park right near the Pier. There are local vendors selling everything from houseplants to honey.
Some photos.
Williams Park used to be the central hub for the local bus system. It also used to be a gathering spot for the local homeless population. When the county built a new hub on the other side of downtown, they moved all the buses away, and the city came in and swept all the homeless people out. (St Pete is VERY vehemently anti-homeless.)
