Remember all those conservatives, right-wingers, and MAGA freaks who have screeched for years, warning about an allegedly tyrannical [completely fictitious, paranoid bullshit at the time] federal government filled with federal "jack-booted thugs"?
Yeah, the nonexistent “tyrannical government” that former NRA VP, and radically extreme gun fetishist, Wayne LaPierre, lashed out about in a fundraising letter in 1995 in whining about federal gun control measures:
“…the semiauto-auto ban gives jack-booted government thugs more power to take away our constitutional rights, break in our doors, seize our guns, destroy our property, and even injure or kill us.”
Well..... funny thing about that.
As we all know, most of those paranoid , radically extreme assholes are the same people defending and cheering on lawless, rogue, rampaging ICE and enthusiastically supporting the raging ICE murderer who bravely chose to shoot an unarmed mother in the face multiple times from points blank range.
Because sure. Nothing says lawful immigration enforcement quite like SHOOTING A 37-year old unarmed mom in the face three times.
Breaking in doors. No warrants. Destroying Property. Ramming Cars. Invading Schools. Kidknapping people. Masked. Nameless. Anonymous. Heavily armed, fucking cowards and traitors.
More people are almost certainly going to die in the streets.
Murdered by ICE. It seems pretty damn clear that another Kent State is increasingly likely to happen, given the unhinged, lawless, insanely badly trained collection of Neo-nazi Proud Boy types and racists who undoubtedly make up many of those chickenshit masked ICE agents and who are almost certainly salivating at the thought of getting to shoot more people.
The nonexistent tyrannical government that LaPierre and others screeched about 30 years ago is now VERY VERY REAL. How very, very prescient of him.
So please kindly tell anyone you may know who is one of those very very limited government types and who has lived in fear of the federal government for years but is now a big supporter of ICE murders, violent assaults, lawless kidnappings and searches, and abuses of power on a daily basis.....
