My grizzly proposal to fight crime

I added text to a stock photo I found online. I know nothing about the man in this photo; and whoever he is, he is not responsible for the text being used to accompany his likeness.

Perhaps releasing wild grizzly bears into our cities’ streets in more sensible than doing the same with ICE agents. Unlike ICE agents, the bears won’t have to be paid salaries. They’ll just attack random people free of charge!
