Apparently the Trump administration believes that doing humane things is insanity, which explains the war on empathy, often in the name of self-aggrandizement.
Trump's GOPhascism just goes ahead, doing inhuman things and hopes you can't afford the lawfare to remedy their often cruel injustices.
They count on short attention spans and they engage in hybrid actions “flooding the zone”. So many transgressions that would end careers, compel impeachment, and result in prosecution have been normalized by cover-up, legal stalling, and diverted attention.
For example, by the end of the current repression millions of dollars will have been wasted on detention and deportation, especially in the construction of ‘facilities’ which serve as badly run private prisons. They want you to ignore the pathology of Trump hosted modeling contests for young girls in NYC called Look of the Year & Calendar Girl contests one of which presented for just Epstein in attendance at Mar-a-Lago with young girls. That sensuality without cruelty is missing is suggested by the scope of the Epstein files and hence their cover-up.
or claiming only six years after a major renovation, that a rebranded Kennedy Center needs a major reconstruction “down to the steel”.
or even an iranian bombing campaign
In these cases, they’re just moving ahead and hoping you’ll forget the increase in global pollution, the price-gouging, and institutional corruption.

“If this guy isn’t impeached and removed, what’s the point to the whole Constitution? You can’t have a fucking criminal running the government for his own benefit screwing the people. And that’s what we have”
Or maybe you’ll be distracted by different kinds of depravity that include murder, deceit, and cruelty complete with head punching.
With Hermes as their guide, the three candidates bathed in the spring of Ida, then met Paris on Mount Ida. While Paris inspected them, each attempted with her powers to bribe him; Hera offered to make him king of Europe and Asia, Athena offered wisdom and skill in war, and Aphrodite, who had the Charites and the Horai to enhance her charms with flowers and song (according to a fragment of the Cypria quoted by Athenagoras of Athens), offered the world's most beautiful woman (Euripides, Andromache, l.284, Helena l. 676). This was Helen of Sparta, wife of the Greek king Menelaus. Paris accepted Aphrodite's bribe and awarded the apple to her, receiving Helen as well as the enmity of the Greeks and especially of Hera. The Greeks' expedition to retrieve Helen from Paris in Troy is the mythological basis of the Trojan War. According to some stories, Helen of Troy was kidnapped by Paris and a group of Trojans; in others, she simply followed Paris willingly because she felt affection for him, too.

A verified 1992 Mar-a-Lago event happened where Donald Trump hosted 28 young models for a "calendar girl" competition, with Jeffrey Epstein as the only other male guest, per NBC footage and New York Times reporting from 2019.
The Houraney interview was embedded in a New York Times piece tracing the history of Trump’s comments and relationship with Epstein; the paper presented the 1992 episode as one of several contemporaneous recollections that suggested the friendship persisted despite concerns about Epstein’s conduct [1]. Multiple outlets reintegrated that same passage as a key revealing moment — Vanity Fair, The Seattle Times and others cited the Times’ reporting about the calendar-girl event and Houraney’s surprise that Epstein was essentially Trump’s only guest [2] [4].
Multiple former Miss USA and Miss Teen USA contestants told reporters that Donald Trump entered dressing rooms during pageants while contestants were changing, sometimes describing participants as young as 15;
