Smoking gun? DOJ announcement of Epstein's death dated a day before his "suicide?"

From Epstein files, note the date: Aug. 9, 2019. His date of death is Aug. 10, 2019

In Epstein files, there are draft announcements of Epstein’s death dated PRIOR to his death (at least the date/time officially reported). 

It gets worse though — with implications that somebody did Epstein in and not all evidence was scrubbed. Note that I do not make this claim — read CBS and the Daily Beast for yourself.

Justice Department documents show investigators reviewing jail surveillance footage flagged an orange-colored figure moving up a staircase toward the locked tier housing Epstein’s cell at about 10:39 p.m. on August 9, 2019—hours before his body was discovered the next morning.

10:39PM     a flash or orange (sic) looks to be going up the L tier stairs — could possibly be an inmate escorted up to that Tier

“Official explanation” from the same document:

A flash of orange can be seen going up the stairs of L (upper) tier. Inmates are currently on lockdown, it is possible someone is carrying inmate linen or bedding up the stairs (who? why?)

Sanity check: may be a wrong date on the announcement, somebody carrying linen up the stairs, whatever...

Question: is it a smoking gun if it is totally unfuckingsurprising?
