Kitchen Table Kibitzing ~ 3.16.26

My show of the last few weeks has been Hart of Dixie. What a show. Seems like something between Virgin River and the Gilmore Girls. Some of the actors are even the same. There are a lot of actors you’ll recognize in this show.

The lead character is totally unlikable; her shorts are inappropriately short and the 5-inch heels she parades around in are ridiculous.  Even the sound of her voice is irritating and yet I found myself rooting for her.

There is a guy. Well, there are a lot of guys, but there is one who takes my breath away when he says stuff like “Yeah, I could do that”.  Sigh. _lol

And the music! The music is fantastic. Though not to my taste, I know from good. They have live bands on the show often. Some are pretty big bands I think, I’m just not familiar with Country/Americana music.

Hart of Dixie is a 30-minute show I think, on You Tube and Prime. It’s very much like a surreal cartoon come to life. I laugh at least once every episode.

I could not find any good trailers so this will have to do.
