After one of the best and most welcome TACO Tuesdays in recent memory, we’ve all got just a little more time left before Trump ruins it all again.

How much time? Well, how would you like to take a guess? I’ll give you… one try. And I’ll bet anything you’ll get it, too!

We couldn’t be more pleased to have Greg Dworkin joining us, what with the lack of nuclear conflagration and all.

There were also some elections yesterday. Our favorite time to talk about them is… once they’re over. And, once again that’s today!

Today’s count-up/down numbers:

• We’re in Day 54 of the latest DHS shutdown — yes, still! — in the middle of a war!*
• 1,018 days remaining in Trump’s legal term of office
• 209 days until the midterm elections, if we have them
• 270 days—if we have those elections—until we seat that new Congress.
