Nobel Prize Losers

Does anyone else remember the Broadway musical from 1966 titled “It’s A Bird, It’s a Plane, It’s Superman”? It wasn’t particular good, and some of it was quite racist (particularly the the horrible parts with the Chinese villains). But I am bringing it up because the villain is driven to his plans to destroy Superman because he is a ten time Nobel Prize loser.  Does that remind anyone of else?
