texan's shooting aliens comming over boarder

i was on the the phone to a friend of mine who lives in Corpus Christi tx and he said that there are people shooting immigrants trying to cross the boarder down there

i am at a loss for words, it just seems so evil,most others i tell say i am lieing. but my friend has never lied to me. has anyone on dialykos herd of this?
