After the Dean speech ended on C-Span, I watched the C-span reporter question the women who stayed behind to ask them for their perceptions. About half the women interviewed were already Dean supporters, and the rest were undecided voters.
One undecided woman said she was really impressed with him and was leaning Dean, another woman said she had made up her mind to vote for Dean on Tuesday. I hope that the independent undecideds on Tuesday will vote for Dean---the anecdotal evidence on C-Span seems to suggest it, but it's wise to be very cautious right now. I'm hoping for a close second, and not holding my breath for a first place showing in New Hampshire.
