He said he was a "conservative talk show host just getting into the business" and that he and his son were both interested in getting into the school...and spoke to a very sweet (VERY young sounding) girl named Inez who informed him that one of their regular guest lecturers was "Robert Novack," and that they had "graduates" everywhere from local news stations to NBC to...you guessed it...FOX (gasp!)

Now, "graduate" is a relative term here, since the lovely Inez told him, "It's a VERY intense course. It could last anywhere from three hours to a whole week." (I'm not making this up - it was on the air.)
She sweetly told Ed he could get the whole list of their alums and sweeping successes on their website (I'm sure Kossacks have visited it by now:) www.leadershipinstitute.org.
This is all great fun, but what I found so ugly and disturbing was their link to a "documentary" (I've been making docs for 20 years - oh Bill O'Reilly, I REALLY do have a Peabody - and this ain't a doc!) called "Roots of the Ultra Left - what liberals really think." This reminds me of the red-scare era: read the description on the doc:

No, I'm not surprised by it, but I am outraged and also saddened that this is what they think of us. Or rather, what they are being TAUGHT to think of us. That's the crux. "You have to be carefully taught..."
This needs to be exposed by the MSM and somehow, SOMEHOW, we need to break the cycle of this hate speech. On our side, too, but we all know where the real hate-mongers live.
