Dale asks how Kerry can beat the bully pulpit.

One possible way is by bringing back the 'Four-Minute Men' made famous by George Creel during WWI.  Tens of thousands of ordinary individuals fanning out throughout the country, able to speak on a topic at the drop of a hat.  It's low-tech, cheap and potentially very effective.
