Who is in charge?

Is the pentagon running the country?  There is a war on all fronts.  Reproductive rights are in jeopardy, health care costs have sky rocketed, freedom of speech and freedom to assemble have been called into question (and if you disagree, you obviously did not attend the republican national convention protests that occurred here in NYC).  

Democrats have such a unique challenge.  We have to find a way to fight back, without exhausting our resources.  Let's not fall into the trap of this nomination to the supreme court.  Bush and his cronies want us to stop debating the war, stop debating the issues surrounding Rove's "indiscretions" with national security.  

Lets remember, this is about more than the courts; it's about the rights of the American people, challenged by this administration
