Bush Admin Negligence Contributed To California Fires

This is yet another example of how Bush's policies have hampered the states from doing what they need to do to prevent disasters like these.  With our Federal Government's coffers being unloaded into the pockets of Defense contractors and other groups "assisting" in the "War on Terror", coupled with Federal tax cuts, the states have fewer funds to work with.  Fires in California.  Blackouts in the Northeast.  The blame for these lies, if not in whole than certainly in part, with the Bush Administration.
