OH-02 - Low turnout reported

Local radio news reports are saying turnout is light today in OH-02 - but that may be a good thing.  Conventional wisdon has been all along that Repubs would be poorly motivated to vote in this one.  They may just stay home for a lot of reasons.

So take heart - could well be a good sign because my impression is that Dems are fired up.
Polls close at 7:30, first tallies in will be the absentee votes which generally are weighted republican, if Hackett is within 10% in early counts he could very well win.
