Predictably, I'm seeing e-conservatives start using this debate to lower expecations on the next debate. It's a good rope-a-dope tactic - start lifting the expectations for Kerry to set him up for a fall, and set the bar ridiculously low for OUR PRESIDENT so that he will be proclaimed the "winner."
Here's is response: Bush will do much better in that debate because, not only can he not do worse, he will be much more prepared. Also, the town hall format is something he is familiar with, and he can easily bounce back to the debator that beat Gore and Anne Richards.
