Nader's actions have once again proven that he believes he is above rules and regulations, that election laws, county rules and more should be changed to suit his royal highness Ralph Nader. He pledges a grassroots effort, then goes to court when his effort fails. He tries to collect enough signatures at an Oregon rally, then mutters that it "must've been the basketball game." Let's say it was. Surely, someone who had the intelligence God gave to a jellyfish, would not schedule a public rally on the same night as the NCAA championship game. A good deal of his money, possibly a majority of it, is coming from DELIGHTED Republican donors, including, according to private interviews, Republican staffers on capital hill. Now he is complaining that Kerry isn't listening to him about V.P. nominees. Go Ralph, what a progressive champion!!! What an egomaniac.
I must ask the question again. Why would Kerry take election advice from someone who has NEVER polled above 3 or 4% in any election.
Keep stroking that ego Ralph. Be proud to be responsible for 8 years of Bush tyranny. Just don't expect a fond farewell whenever you do retire. Ralph Nader is a disgrace to progressive politics.
