Did you miss news that ACLU is defending Limbaugh?

Well I sure did, until I just accidentally came across it.

The ACLU has filed a friend-of-court brief defending Rush Limbaugh's right to privacy with regards to his medical records in Florida.

Rush, of course, is very happy to receive the aid and support of that most "evil" of all liberal institutions, the American Civil Liberties Union. http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/040112/nym098_1.html We are pleased that the American Civil Liberties Union has filed a motion to intervene in support of our argument that the seizure of Rush Limbaugh's private medical records was illegal and unconstitutional. The issues raised in this appeal effect all Floridians, regardless of their political inclinations. As both the ACLU and we have stated, the seizure of Mr. Limbaugh's private medical records without due process is not only a violation of Florida law and the Florida Constitution, but also a threat to everyone's fundamental right to privacy.
